PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy can lead us on a profound and rewarding journey of healing and self-discovery. Among many other things, it can help us to recover from painful and traumatic experiences, change problematic patterns of thoughts and behavior, as well as experience closer and more meaningful relationships.
While change and growth require time, effort and the courage to truly face ourselves, the process of psychotherapy can be incredibly rewarding and life-affirming. Not only can it result in improving our ability to cope with life's challenges and hardships, it can also be a transformative experience leading to a more rich, meaningful and purposeful life, and one where we feel more whole and at peace within ourselves.
In a safe and supportive environment, we will work to find the root of your difficulties and along the way identify patterns that may no longer serve you. Whatever painful and troubling symptoms (e.g., depression, anxiety, trauma, self-destructive habits/tendencies, etc.) you are experiencing or whatever relationship, parenting, spiritual, educational, work-related, identity or other challenges you may face, together we will work to help you to find your way.
Goals and intended outcomes are that you will learn healthy ways to access and manage your emotions and effectively navigate life. Additionally, it is always intended that you will learn how to live more presently, simply and from the heart. You may even discover latent, but hitherto unknown, unique talents, abilities and interests that will help you to become more authentically YOU - your true Self.

Sessions are 50 minutes and currently conducted online one to two times per week.
